About the AI credits
Quoting from a walkthrough, drafting a message, answering a question about your own numbers — each costs credits, and every plan includes a monthly allowance. You can see what is left at any time.
Extra credits are $25 for 1,000 and roll over for ninety days. If you would rather not pre-buy, overage is $0.04 a credit.
Credits exist so an unusually heavy month cannot produce a surprise bill. There is a cap, you set it, and the software stops rather than spending past it.
Card payments
Clients can pay an invoice by card. That runs through Stripe, which charges its own processing fee, and Cleanr OPS adds 0.5% of the amount collected.
Card payments are optional. Nothing stops you invoicing and taking an e-transfer as you do today.
