How it works
Monthly contracts or one-time jobs
A quote is either a monthly contract (so many visits a week) or a single job. List the areas and the minutes each takes; the hours, labour, a 6% allowance for supplies and the price are worked out as you type.
A margin, not a markup
Pick a profit margin from 0 to 90%. At 30%, 30 cents of every dollar charged is profit. The client never sees the minutes, your hourly cost or your margin: only what they are buying and the price, with your tax on top.
A link the client opens with no login
Create the link and send it by email or text from your own phone or inbox. The client reads the quote on your letterhead, in your colours, and can print it or save it as a PDF. You see when it was opened and how many times.
Attachments that go with it
Attach a scope sheet, a floor plan or photos: PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, Word or Excel files up to 15 MB, twelve to a quote.
Signed, or declined, online
The client accepts by typing their name and, if they like, drawing a signature with a finger or a mouse. That marks the quote Accepted. They can decline with a reason, or leave a note, and you answer on the same page.
From signed quote to invoice
An accepted quote becomes a draft invoice in one click. Once it is invoiced, the quote is locked.
The app does not email the quote for you yet: you copy its link and send it yourself. Links do not expire by date, and there are no automatic reminders.

How does Cleanr OPS price a cleaning quote?
From the minutes each area takes. For a monthly contract, hours are minutes a visit times visits a week times 4.33, over 60. Labour is hours times your hourly cost, supplies are 6% of labour, and the price is labour plus supplies divided by one minus your margin.
Can clients sign quotes online?
Yes. They open the link with no login, type their name and can draw a signature. The quote is marked Accepted and the signature is printed at the foot of it.
Does the client see my costs?
No. The client’s page is sent the price, tax and total only. The minutes, hourly cost, margin, labour and supplies never leave your office.
Does it email the quote?
Not yet. You create the link and send it by email or text yourself. Creating the link marks the quote as Sent.
