A cleaner app that shows their day and nothing else
A cleaner signs in on their own phone and sees today’s cleans in order: the address, how to get in, the office’s note, and one big button. Start when they arrive, Finish when they leave. No prices, no pay, no office.
How it works
Their day, in order
One card per clean: the time, the address in large type, the lot number and part of town, the job, who else is on the crew, how to get in, and the note from the office for that visit. Map opens a map search for the address. They can look up to fourteen days ahead or back.
Start and Finish, and that is all
Start says "I am here", Finish says "I am done" and marks the clean finished for the office. The time is the server’s, not the phone’s, so it cannot be set back. A Finish the next morning is refused, so a forgotten tap never counts the night as work.
Location only at the two taps
The phone is asked where it is at the moment Start or Finish is tapped, and at no other time. Nobody is followed between cleans or after work, and the screen tells the cleaner so in plain words. If the phone gives no location, the tap still counts and the office sees that none was recorded.
A login the office never sees
The office gives each cleaner a link (by text, usually). They open it and choose their own password. The office never sets or sees it, can turn a login off at once, and can send a new-password link.
Nothing they should not see
A cleaner’s login reaches only their own day. Prices, pay, other crews’ work and the office pages are closed to it on the server, not just hidden on the screen.
It runs in the phone’s web browser; there is no App Store or Google Play app yet. It needs a signal for each tap (if a tap does not go through, the card says so and they tap again). Cleaners cannot take photos, log breaks or message the office from it yet.
The cleaner’s phone is in every plan, including Free (up to 2 people, 15 clients and 40 cleans a month). See all features.
The cleaner’s phone: questions
Does Cleanr OPS track my cleaners all day?
No. Location is recorded only at the moment a cleaner taps Start and at the moment they tap Finish. Nothing watches the phone in between, and the cleaner’s screen says so.
Do cleaners need to download an app?
No. They open a link on their phone, choose a password, and use it in the phone’s web browser.
Can cleaners see what a job is billed at?
No. A cleaner’s login shows their own cleans and how to get in. It never shows prices, pay or anything of the office.
What if there is no signal in the basement?
The card says the tap did not go through and they tap again when they have a signal. Tapping twice counts once.
Start on Free. Stay as long as it fits.
Free for up to 2 people, 15 clients and 40 cleans a month, with every part of the app. No card to start.
