Client management for cleaning companies, down to every address
A client is who gets billed; an address is where the cleaning happens. A homeowner is one simple page. A builder can have hundreds of projects, each with its lot number, size and history, all billed to the same name.
How it works
Homes, commercial and construction
Each client is Home, Commercial or Construction. A client with one address is one page: details, how to get in, the history of the house, its prices and its portal. A builder’s page has tabs for projects, work, prices, details and the portal.
A builder’s houses, pasted in
Paste a list of addresses, one on each line, optionally with the square feet ("101 Example Way NW, 2100"). Addresses already there are skipped and named, so pasting twice adds nothing.
A price list per client
Each client has its own list: a flat price ("Touch-up, 1 × 120") or a rate by the square foot or the hour with up to four decimals. Booking a clean offers the list and fills in the money.
Size, area and the way in
Each address keeps its size in square feet, its part of town (NW, Downtown) so nearby houses go to one crew, and how to get in. The builder’s lot or PO number prints on the invoice.
Work, and what is owed
A client’s Work tab lists every clean, newest first, as Booked, Done or Invoiced, with totals and Invoice these for anything not billed yet.
Clients and addresses cannot be deleted (an address is closed instead), and there is no separate billing contact or grouping of a builder’s houses by community yet.
Clients and price lists is in every plan, including Free (up to 2 people, 15 clients and 40 cleans a month). See all features.
Clients and price lists: questions
Can one client have many addresses?
Yes. A builder or a property manager is one client with as many addresses as you need, each with its own size, notes, photos and history, all billed to the one client.
Can I price by the square foot?
Yes. A rate by the square foot uses each house’s own size when it is booked. If nobody has typed the size yet, the clean is flagged "needs sq ft" until it is in.
