What is cleaning software?
Cleaning software is the system a cleaning company runs its work on: who is cleaning what and when, how long they were actually on site, what the client was quoted, and what they owe. Cleanr OPS puts all four in one product, so the schedule, the timesheet, the quote and the invoice refer to the same job instead of living in a calendar, a group chat and a spreadsheet that never agree.
Who is Cleanr OPS for?
Residential and commercial cleaning companies in Canada, typically five to forty staff. It covers recurring house cleaning and commercial janitorial contracts in the same product, rather than making you run a separate tool for each.
How much does it cost?
Three plans: $59, $149 and $349 a month in Canadian dollars, all published on the pricing page. Paying yearly gives you two months free. Admin seats and field seats are priced separately, because a cleaner in the field uses less of the software than an admin in the office.
Is there a free trial?
Thirty days, with no credit card. That is long enough to run a full billing cycle through it before deciding.
Does it work with no mobile signal?
Yes. Basements, stairwells and underground parkades are normal for this work, so everything captured on a phone queues locally and uploads itself once the device finds a connection. A shift is never lost to a bad signal.
Does it handle Canadian sales tax?
Yes. GST, HST and QST are applied based on where the work was performed, not where your office is. That is the part most general-purpose invoicing tools get wrong for a company working across provincial lines.
Can my clients pay by card?
Yes. Invoices carry a payment link and run through Stripe. Stripe charges its own processing fee and Cleanr OPS adds 0.5% of the amount collected. Card payments are optional. Nothing stops you invoicing and taking an e-transfer as you do today.
