Built inside a cleaning company, not a software company
Cleanr OPS is made by Bleeta Cleaning Services Ltd., a registered Alberta cleaning company in Calgary. It was built to run Bleeta’s own crews: the schedule, the quotes, the invoices and the hours, in one place instead of a calendar, a group chat and a spreadsheet that never agreed.
It shows in the decisions. Cleaners are not followed all day: their location is recorded when they tap Start and Finish, and at no other time. Invoices start from the cleans that were actually finished, so finished work cannot slip past unbilled. And a builder’s site super gets a page of their own to ask for a clean and see where every house stands, instead of phoning to ask.

What is cleaning software?
Cleaning software is the system a cleaning company runs its work on: which crew cleans where and when, what the client was quoted, what they owe, and how long each cleaner actually worked. Cleanr OPS keeps all of it in one app, so the schedule, the quote, the invoice and the timesheet refer to the same clean.
Who is Cleanr OPS for?

How much does Cleanr OPS cost?
Free for up to 2 people on your team, 15 clients and 40 cleans a month. Paid has no limits on clients or cleans and is priced by team size: up to 5 people $50, up to 10 people $90, up to 20 people $160 a month, in Canadian dollars, plus applicable tax.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial because there is a Free plan, with every part of the app and no card. Move to Paid when you need more room, and go back to Free whenever you like without losing anything.
Does Cleanr OPS track my cleaners’ location?
Only at two moments: when a cleaner taps Start at a clean and when they tap Finish. Nothing follows them between cleans or after work, and their screen tells them so. If their phone gives no location, the tap still counts.
Do my cleaners need to install an app?
No. You give each cleaner a link, they choose their own password, and their day opens in their phone’s web browser.
Can clients pay invoices by card?
Not yet. Clients open and sign quotes and invoices from a private link, and you take payment the way you do now and mark the invoice paid. The app does not email quotes or invoices yet either: you copy the link and send it.
