How it works
Four colours, and ready-made sets
A main colour for buttons and links, the side menu, a highlight, and a colour for quotes and invoices. Start from a ready-made set or type your own codes. A live preview shows the menu and an invoice as you pick.
Readable whatever you pick
Text on your colours is set to white or dark, whichever can be read, and a link colour too pale for white paper is darkened just enough. You cannot pick yourself into an unreadable app.
Your letterhead on paper
Quotes and invoices print on one clean letter-size page with your logo, legal name, address, phone, email, website and tax number, a rule and title in your document colour, and your note at the foot.
Your look on every client page
Quotes and invoices opened from a link, the client portal, completion reports, request forms and review pages are all drawn in your colours with your logo. So is the page a new cleaner opens to choose their password.
There are no document templates, proposal sections or custom fonts: your look comes from your logo and four colours. On the Free plan, quotes and invoices also end with a small “Made with Cleanr OPS” line, which Paid removes.

Can I put my own logo on invoices?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 2 MB and it goes at the top of every quote, invoice and client page.
Does the Free plan show Cleanr OPS branding?
Only a small “Made with Cleanr OPS” line at the foot of quotes and invoices. Everything else is your look. Paid removes the line.
