Before and after cleaning photos, kept with the house they belong to
Every address keeps its own history: each clean there, newest first, with its before, after and problem photos. Photos that never change, like the lockbox or the alarm panel, are pinned to the address itself.
How it works
On the clean, sorted for you
Add photos to a clean from the schedule and say once what the batch is: Before, After or Problem. Take a photo opens the camera on a phone. Each one can carry a note.
Pinned to the place
Photos with no clean are pinned to the address: how to get in, the alarm panel, the counter that must not be scrubbed. They sit at the top of the address’s history.
A history per address
Open an address and every clean there is listed, newest first, with its photos. A builder’s house ends up with its rough and final sets; a fortnightly home has a set per visit going back as far as you like.
Where the proof is needed
A line on an invoice shows "3 photos" for its clean. A builder’s completion report shows them grouped Before, After and Problems. A review request can show the client photos of their own clean.
Small on the way up
Photos are shrunk on the phone before they are sent, so a several-megabyte photo goes up as a few hundred kilobytes on a site’s data connection.
Photos are added from the office side of the app (on a phone or a computer); the cleaner’s own phone view cannot take photos yet. Originals are not kept at full size.

Can my clients see the photos?
A builder’s site super sees them on the completion report in their client portal. A client asked for a review can be shown photos of their clean. Otherwise they stay in your office.
Can I take photos on my phone?
Yes. Signed in to the office on a phone, Take a photo opens the camera. The cleaner’s own phone view does not take photos yet.
