Say once where you want reviews (your Google page, Facebook, anywhere with a review link). After a job, ask the client: they get a link, can see photos of their clean to save and add to their review, and go straight to your review page.
How it works
Straight to Google, or stars first
Send clients straight to your review places, or ask for a private star rating and a word first so you hear about a problem before it is public. Either way it is one page, in your colours, built for a thumb.
Every client sees every review site
Whatever a client rated, they are offered every public review place, in the same order. Showing review links only to happy clients is called review gating; Google’s rules forbid it, and so do the rules on misleading endorsements in Canada and the United States. Cleanr OPS does not do it.
Photos of their own clean
Pick up to ten photos from the client’s cleans. Their page shows them with Save photo, because only the person writing a Google review can add photos to it.
Emailed, or a link to send
Email the ask to the client from the app, or copy the link and send it your own way.
Asking on its own
Optionally ask automatically when a clean is finished or when an invoice is marked paid: only clients with an email, never more than once in 90 days.
See what happened
Tiles for asked, opened, answered, the average private rating, and how many went on to a public review. A low rating with a comment stands out: worth a call.
Asks are not sent by text message, there are no reminders, and the app does not read your actual Google reviews or star rating.

Is this review gating?
No. Every client who answers is offered every public review place, whatever they rated. A low private rating is your chance to put things right; it never hides the public links.
Can I attach photos to a client’s Google review?
No business can: only the person writing a review can add photos. Cleanr OPS shows the client photos of their clean with a Save button so they can add them.
Can review requests go out automatically?
Yes, if you switch it on: after a finished clean or a paid invoice, by email, to clients with an email address, at most once every 90 days.
