What it does
Everything below exists because a cleaning company owner described the problem it solves. Nothing here is a feature looking for a use.
The schedule
Book a job in two taps
From the schedule, on a phone, with the day already filled in. A client who is not in the system yet is typed into the same form.
Crews see only their own day
A cleaner opens the app to four addresses in order, not the whole company. The office sees the entire board.
Nothing hides an empty day
Unassigned work is at the top of the board in red. A gap in tomorrow is the thing you most need to see today.
Recurring work that stays put
A client who asks for the same crew every visit gets it. Moving that job needs a reason typed in, not a stray drag.
Hours you can prove
Clock in at the property
Each entry records where it was taken and how far from the site. When an invoice is questioned you have an answer.
Travel counted separately
Driving between sites is recorded against the job it was for, so you can see whether a route is worth running.
Works with no signal
Basements and parkades. Everything queues on the phone and sends itself when a bar appears. A shift is never lost.
Approve a week in one pass
Hours arrive already attached to jobs and clients. Approving is reading, not reconstructing.
Quoting
Quote from a walkthrough
Walk the building and talk. Your photos are matched to what you were saying in each room, and the quote is drafted from your own words.
Your inclusions, every time
What is included and what is not are set once and copied onto every quote — the section that prevents an argument six weeks later.
Your own rates
The software never invents a price. It describes what is there and what it takes; the numbers are yours.
Getting paid
Invoice from the finished job
Hours, photos and price come from the work itself rather than being reassembled at month end.
Card payments
An invoice carries a payment link. Money arrives instead of a promise to post a cheque.
Canadian tax, done properly
GST, HST and QST applied by where the work happened, not where your office is.
Chasing that runs itself
Overdue invoices are grouped by how overdue. Reminders go out without you writing them.
No card. Cancel by closing the tab.
