The app does not notify the builder when a house is done or email you when they request one (waiting requests show on Today). Houses cannot be grouped by community or phase yet.

Can a builder request cleans themselves?
Yes. Each builder gets private links, one per person, that open a page to request a clean, see every house’s status and open completion reports. A request waits for you to book it.
Can I invoice a builder per house?
Yes. Each finished clean is a line with the address, the lot or PO number and the date, priced by its square feet when that is how it is billed.
Can the site super see my prices?
Not unless you turn prices on for their link. Each link has its own setting.
