Built by a cleaning company, for its own crews first
Cleanr OPS is made and sold by Bleeta Cleaning Services Ltd., a registered Alberta cleaning company in Calgary run by Fabian V.
Why a cleaning company wrote cleaning software
Bleeta needed one place to run the work: which crew is cleaning where today, what each client was quoted, what they owe, and how long each cleaner was actually on site, instead of a calendar, a group chat and a spreadsheet that never agreed.
So Bleeta built its own, around the way a cleaning day really goes: crews rather than calendars, a tray for the cleans nobody has taken yet, quotes priced from the minutes each room takes, and invoices that start from the cleans that were actually finished.
What we decided early
- Cleaners are not tracked. The app records where a phone is when a cleaner taps Start and when they tap Finish, and at no other time. Their screen says so.
- A cleaner sees their day and nothing else. No prices, no pay, no other crews’ work, closed off on the server rather than just hidden.
- Prices on the website. A Free plan with the whole app, and Paid priced by team size in Canadian dollars. No sales call to find out the number.
- Say what it does not do. Every feature page on this site has a line about what is not built yet. You should not find out on day three.
- Your data is yours. We do not sell it and do not use it to train anything. See the privacy policy for exactly who processes what.
Where it is going
Cleanr OPS is young. It does the core of the job today, and the feature pages list the gaps honestly: emailing quotes and invoices from the app, card payments on invoices, and photos from the cleaner’s own phone are among them. If something you need is missing, tell us at hello@cleanrops.com.
