A client portal your builders will use instead of phoning
Built for a builder with hundreds of houses, and good for any client with more than one place. Their site super opens a private link instead of phoning: asks for a clean, sees where every house stands, and opens the photos of a finished one.
How it works
Request a clean in a minute
Pick the house by typing part of the address or lot (or type a new one), the kind of clean from their own price list, the square footage when the job is priced by it, the day, and a note on how to get in.
Where every house stands
A searchable list of houses, filtered by Scheduled, Done or Nothing yet, in plain words: "Final clean done Mon Oct 12 · 6 photos". It stays quick with hundreds of houses.
Completion reports with photos
Each finished clean has a report on your letterhead: the house, the job, when the crew was on site (from their Start and Finish), and photos grouped Before, After and Problems. Print it or save it as a PDF.
A request is not a booking
Requests wait for you. Book it opens your schedule with the request filled in, priced from the client’s list, and their note goes on the clean for the crew. Say no with a reason they can read.
Prices only when you say so
One link per person, each with its own name. Prices and invoice numbers are hidden unless you turn them on for that link, so a site super sees status and an owner can see money.
Private by design
A link reaches one client only. It never shows who cleaned, what anybody is paid, or where a crew was when they tapped Start. Take a link back and it stops working.
The app does not yet email or text you when a request arrives (waiting requests show on Today), tell the builder when a house is done, or take photos with a request.

Does my client need an account?
No. The portal opens from a private link with no login. You can give several people at one client their own link and take any of them back.
Can my client see prices?
Only on a link where you turned prices on. Off is the default.
Is the portal only for builders?
No. It works for any client with more than one address: a property manager, a strata, or a company with several offices.
